Goat Anti-Mouse IgG Antibody. Ready-to-Use (R.T.U.) Biotinylated Secondary Antibodies are stabilized, prediluted, ready-to-use solutions of our biotinylated secondary antibodies. These antibody solutions are provided in convenient dropper bottle format for ease of use.Biotinylated Goat Anti-Mouse IgG (H+L) is supplied in solution. With some exceptions the recommended dilution for most applications is 1:200.(H+L) indicates the antibody recognizes both heavy and light chains.

Following incubation with primary antibody, wash specimens in buffer.Apply RTU Biotinylated Anti-Mouse IgG and incubate for 30 minutes at room temperature.Wash in buffer for 5 minutes and follow with avidin- or streptavidin-based detection reagent such as RTU VECTASTAIN¬Æ¬Æ ABC Reagent (PK-7100). * 10mM sodium phosphate, pH 7.8, 0.15M NaCl.
