Isocitrate dehydrogenases (IDHs) are NAD+ and NADP+-dependent enzymes in the tricarboxylic acid cycle that catalyze oxidative decarboxylation of isocitrate producing α-ketoglutarate (2-OG) and carbon dioxide.
