萤火虫荧光素酶mRNA (Trilink cat#L-7202)
产品描述
FLuc mRNA表达一种荧光素酶蛋白，该蛋白最初是从萤火虫体内分离出来的。荧光素酶通常用于动物细胞培养中的基因表达和细胞活性检测。在荧光素底物的存在下能够发光。
该mRNA使用Trilink公司专利加帽法cleancap产生的天然的cap1帽结构，cleancap的加帽效率较高。该mRNA具有PolyA尾巴，且经过5-甲氧基尿苷修饰，针对哺乳动物系统进行了优化，和天然成熟的mRNA相似。
