凝集素小知识
凝集素（Lectin）是指一种从各种植物、无脊椎动物和高等动物中提纯的糖蛋白或可结合糖链结构的蛋白。其具有对某一种特异性糖基专一性结合的能力(类似于抗原-抗体反应)。
